This is a stand-alone bzr-gtk plugin for Win32.
It includes all of the
required binary libraries and code.
Additionally, an "olive" command has
been added to launch the Olive-GTK application from the bzr command line.
The typical installation location is
~\Application Data\bazaar\2.0\plugins\gtk.
A shortcut to uninstall this
plugin is added to the Bazaar Start Menu folder as well as the Add/Remove
Programs folder in the Control Panel.
Dev version based on the snapshot of the trunk on 20090623 - Works with bzr-1.16 and earlier versions.
